If you've ever thought for even a second that you're a little high strung or a perfectionist, you should check out "Flipping Out" on Bravo. It's another show similar to "Blow Out" (which followed the day-to-day of renowned hairstylist Jonathan Antin) and "Work Out" (life and times of celebrity personal trainer Jackie Warner). Anyway, the premise in "Flipping Out" is that Jeff Lewis is a meticulous real estate investor who buys property, renovates, and then sells them earning six figures on each one. BUT HE IS COMPLETELY CRAZY. Seriously. OCD to the nth degree. He has this staff of employees who do odd jobs for him (answer the phone with a very specific greeting, constant housekeeping, psychics, trash guy, etc.) and help keep his life in order. He's fired each of them multiple times, apparently. In one episode he sends one of them out to get lunch for everyone. Jeff's drink order goes something like this:
Jeff: Ideally? I'd like 50% lemonade, 25% fruit punch, 25% Sprite.
Brant (his employee): nods
Jeff: If they don't have fruit punch, then I'd like 85% lemonade, 15% Sprite.
Brant: Okay
Jeff: If they don't have lemonade, then 85% fruit punch and 15% Sprite. Or 15% 7-Up if they don't have Sprite.
Brant: rolls eyes
Aside from his self-acknowledged weird OCD, the show is interesting. I'm not brave enough to invest in real estate like this guy, but it's very fascinating.

I agree with you Shorey. I have watched it and it was indeed a very interesting show, especially "Tori" the psychic. She is not a typical psychic, she seems warm and genuine. I wonder what would be her next predictions. For sure I'm gonna watch for it.
