Tim, Carri & I have signed up to compete in the Austin Oyster Urban Adventure Race at the end of October. It will be an interesting combination of rollerblading, water sports/swimming, biking & running. I've never done an adventure race before, other than Muddy Buddy, but I expect this to be a great time (and much-needed change to this season's racing), with great friends that I've met this summer.Proceeds from the race benefit the Austin Parks Foundation, and our team is accepting donations.
