Weekend Workout Madness

Overall, a great weekend to report:

  • long ride with hills on Saturday (thanks Steve!)
  • Westwood LaCrosse game & lunch with friends (thanks Kenny, Heather & Mike!)
  • core workout
  • medium-length hillacious ride on Sunday followed by a quick run
  • 3 hours of yoga (note to self: very difficult after cycling)
  • weights
  • 1800m swim

It's tough not to fit as much as possible in when you have the time on the weekends. I'm a little wind-burned from Saturday's cold & windy ride. But it was all well worth it. Feeling a sore today, but in a good way. Leg has been bothering me some so running is off to a slow start, but I will be keeping up with regular massage & weekly PT to keep things in check. Ann did WONDERS for my shoulder on Friday.
